Code of Conduct & Safety Rules

Read and obey all posted safety signs.
Children 15 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Ride, swim, float and play at your own risk. Park closure will occure when lightning is within a 10 miles radius.
Failure to follow park rules will result in water park dismissal without a refund.
You must be a minimum of 48 inches tall to ride the big slides.
Pregnant women and those with a history of heart, neck, back or muscular skeletal problems or other infirmities should not use the slides.
Follow directions given by staff at all times.
Outside food, beverages, glass, breakables and gum are not permitted in the water park.
All diaper dependent guests must wear an approved swim diaper. Swim diapers are available in the gift shop.
U.S. Coast Guard approved life-jackets are available at no charge and must stay in the park.
Proper Swim attire required in Splash Harbour Water Park.
Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the park.
Please do not leave valuables unattended. Locker rentals are available for your convenience.
No running, jumping or horseplay.
