ALL guests inside the water park are required to have a wristband between the hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Guests staying at any of the connecting properties are required to have a wristband as well, even if they do not partake in water activities.

Splash Harbour is designed for the young and the young at heart. From 2 to 102 we have something for everyone. Infants, toddlers and grade schoolers will love the Treasure Cove Splash Zone with 3 slides, several interactive water features and our large dumping bucket. Grade schoolers through adult will enjoy the thrills of Smugglers Rum and Pirates Plunge our twin 42’ high tube and body slides, which are over 400 feet long. Everyone will enjoy our Great White Lazy River with over 600 feet of winding turns through the Key West themed park, and our Blue Lagoon Big Pool with raindrop mushrooms and the Iguana Falls rock waterfall. Splash Harbour circulates millions of gallons of water throughout the park daily for a splashtacular time for all ages.

Yes, the Pirates Plunge and Smugglers Run have both height and weight restrictions. All water slide participants must be a minimum of 48” tall and a maximum of 300 pounds for single tube riders and 400 pounds for double tube riders. Guests UNDER 48" are NOT permitted to ride the Pirates Plunge and/or Smugglers Run with or without an adult. 

The water park is all outdoors. Sunscreen and sun protection should be worn at all times. Sunscreen may be purchased at our retail store inside the park. Please be sure and check the weather when planning your trip.

Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. All adults are responsible for their children and/or other minor guests. To gain entry, all guests are required to purchase a wristband. 1 Adult Chaperone is required per 2 children under the age of 16.

We have 3 different sized lockers priced from $5 to $9 for the day. Locker rentals are on a first come, first served basis.

Outside food and beverages, as well as containters, are not permitted. Bottled water that is sealed is permitted. We have several reasonably priced options to choose from inside the park, including the Splash Harbour Snack Shack and Jimmy Guana’s full service restaurant. You can also order food and alcoholic beverages at the Cruzan Rum Shack which is poolside at our Blue Lagoon Big Pool.

Yes, Splash Harbour reserves the right to check guests bags before entering the park. No coolers or containers allowed.

Appropriate swimwear must be worn and is subject to water park approval. No visible under garments, jeans, thongs, cutoff shorts, or belts allowed. Clothing with buttons, zippers, snaps, etc. may prevent access to slides due to safety.

Yes. Swim diapers are sold in the gift shop and required for all children not potty trained. We also have a changing table located in all restrooms.

The water park does NOT provide towles. We have towles availble to purchase inside of our gift shop. You are permitted to bring your own towel and beach bag. There are 3 outdoor showers on the property to rinse off before and after using any of the pools, slides or lazy river. 

Splash Harbour Water Park provides tubes and US Coast Guard approved life jackets free of charge! Please do not bring in outside tubes. 

Only service animals are allowed.

We have many lounges and chairs available in the park. You are not permitted to bring in chairs. Splash Harbour Water Park provides tubes and US Coast Guard approved life jackets free of charge. Only Splash Harbour floats are allowed in the park.

Splash Harbour is a nonsmoking facility, however, we have a designated smoking area located at the Cruzan Rum Shack.
