Rules & Regulations
- Read and obey all posted safety signs.
- No running on the pool or deck areas. NO diving, pushing, dunking, horseplay, shoulder riding, excessive splashing or other inappropriate behavior.
- Personal tubes, noodles, squirt guns, balls, and other toys are prohibited.
- No food, beverages, glass or hard plastic allowed near the water.
- Children 15 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Know where your children are at all times. Monitoring your child/children is your responsibility even when a lifeguard is present. Failure to supervise your children will result in removal from the park.
- Ride, swim, float and play at your own risk.
- Park closure will occur when lightning is within a 10 miles radius.
- You must be a minimum of 48 inches tall to ride the Pirates Plunge & Smugglers Run water slides.
- Service animals with proper paperwork are allowed. No other animals are allowed.
- Pregnant women and those with a history of heart, neck, back or muscular skeletal problems or other infirmities should not use the slides.
- Follow directions given by staff at all times.
- Outside food, beverages, glass, breakables and gum are not permitted in the Water Park.
- All diaper dependent guests must wear an approved swim diaper. Swim diapers are available in the gift shop.
- Flotation devices are prohibited unless they are U.S. Coast Guard approved. U.S. Coast Guard life-jackets are available at the front office for no charge and must stay in the park.
- Proper Swim attire required in the Water Park.
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the Water Park.
- Please do not leave valuables unattended. Locker rentals are available for your convenience. Splash Harbour is not responsible for any lost or stolen possessions.
- Use of tobacco products and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the Water Park. Designated smoking areas are provided.
- Water Park rules are strictly enforced to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. If you fail to comply with the rules and regulations, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
- All guests entering the Water Park to swim, play, or sit and watch must purchase and wear a wristband. Wristbands can be redeemed or purchased at the Water Park front office.
- Wristbands are color-coded and reflect purchase date.
- One wristband will be issued per person. If the wristband is lost, guests will need to purchase a new one.
- No refunds will be issued to any guests that have been in the Water Park for longer than one hour.
- Lifeguards and pool attendants will have the final authority on all safety issues.
- No pool toys, balls or non-Coast Guard approved flotation devices are permitted inside the Water Park.
- All of the pools are chlorinated and are in accordance with State requirements. Levels are monitored several times a day to keep all chemicals within safe mandated limits. Please note that Splash Harbour Water Park is not responsible for discoloration to any garment, nor responsible for any rash that may occur due to periods of exposure in our pools.
